This guide explains how to add a device to ASK4. You'll need an ASK4 account and access to our network
Step 1 - Connect to the network
To get started, connect the device to ASK4 Wireless
Open your device’s WIFI settings
Select ASK4 Wireless from the list
Wait for it to connect
Nothing happening? Try turning WIFI off and back on. Some devices may need you to forget and reselect the network.
Step 2 - Adding the device
Once connected to the ASK4 Wireless network, your device should automatically open the ASK4 page. If this doesn’t happen go to https://signup.ask4.com/
Click on the Already Signed Up option
Login to your account
Click Enable this device
Alternatively, to signup with a QR code:
Visit https://signup.ask4.com on your new device
A QR code will be displayed on your device's screen
If you have a registered smart phone on your ASK4 account, please scan the QR code to add the device to your account.
Once complete, you should be online.
Step 3 - (Recommended) Switch to ASK4 Wireless (802.1x)
For laptops, tablets & smart phones, don’t forget to connect to ASK4 Wireless (802.1x) for the best service experience
Go back to your WiFi settings
Select ASK4 Wireless (802.1x)
Log in using your ASK4 account email and password (both the username and password are case-sensitive)
Most devices support 802.1x, however if your device can’t connect, just stay on the ASK4 Wireless network.
