If your device doesn’t have a web browser (for example, a games console or smart device), you’ll need to add it manually. Here’s how to add your device.
Step 1 – Find the MAC address
If your device does not have an internet browser, you need to add it manually.
To add your device manually, first you need the MAC address – a unique identifying number for each device you own. This can be found in your device settings.
Then, just add the MAC address at myaccount.ask4.com under ‘Manage my devices’
